Where exactly are classes held?+
In the FishHawk / Lithia area. We're finalizing the venue now and will announce it first to families who have signed up. Tell us your neighborhood on the form so we can pick the location that's easiest for the most families.
When does the first group start?+
Soon. Families who sign up vote on the day and time, and we set the schedule around the most popular choice. You'll get the dates by email before they're posted anywhere else.
Is my 5-year-old ready for this?+
Yes. Everything is designed for ages 5 to 8, with big pieces, kid-safe tools and coaches who help without taking over. Kindergartners usually surprise their parents.
Do parents stay or drop off?+
Either works. Many families drop off; you're welcome to stay for the first class if that helps your child settle in.
What should my child bring or wear?+
Nothing to bring. We supply every material and tool. Dress for tape, glue and the occasional paint.
What if we miss a week?+
Let us know and we'll send that week's challenge home, so your inventor can try it with you.
Is Bright Sparks a franchise?+
No. Bright Sparks is a new, independently run club. It's starting with one small group in the FishHawk / Lithia area so every detail is right before it grows.
Does signing up cost anything?+
No. Signing up is free and doesn't commit you to anything. Joining the club is $99 every four weeks; you can join online whenever you're ready, or wait until dates and the location are set.
